As the team lead’s primary assistant and the team's Operations Manager, he handles everything from transaction coordination and compliance to technology systems, marketing logistics, and internal workflow. His background in tech — building custom systems, managing installations, and staying ahead of digital trends — makes him the go-to resource for solving problems and streamlining tools. Combined with years of experience in customer-facing roles and a lifetime of performing live on stage, Perry keeps the team running with calm focus, sharp instincts, and a collaborative spirit.
